Reopening Information – The Latest from Team AJS
Dear all AJS clients,
We are as delighted as you are that we have a date to work to in regards to reopening our salon doors. We are working hard behind the scenes to ensure we are ready for April 12th. Bookings will not be made until around two weeks before this opening date, this is to ensure that we can get as close to that date as possible before starting that booking process (a mammoth task). From then, this is how we will manage those bookings:
STEP ONE
All booking from 12th April onwards already booked will stand as normal.
STEP TWO
Call all clients who already had an appointment booked in during closure. Starting from first date of closure onwards.
STEP THREE
Priority list. Call clients who have contacted us for an appointment who didn’t have one already booked. IF YOU WANT TO BE ON THIS LIST THEN PLEASE EMAIL US CLEARLY STATING YOUR NAME AND CONTACT NUMBER.
STEP FOUR
Once all of the above is completed, we will open our phone lines.
As with the other lockdowns, the team will work tirelessly to get you all seen as quickly as possible. Thank you for your patience. We can’t wait to see you all and get back to doing what we love. X
