This ongoing mentorship of one consultancy call per month & support through WhatsApp is a programme for those who are really serious about wanting to take themselves, their people and their business to new heights. I can guide you through many of the obstacles that hinder salon businesses and help to accelerate your growth in many ways. I specialise in:

My own salon business has some of the best KPI's you will see in the industry. A client retention rate of 94%, 34% of clients buy from us, clients come to see us every 10.9 weeks, colour makes up 54% of our business and our team (currently over 20 of them) have on average been with us for over 6 years. These are all well above the national average and I adore teaching others the habits, behaviours and secrets that have got us to where we are today.

BESPOKE COURSES
I offer bespoke, in-person training tailored to the specific needs of your business. These sessions are designed to support long-term growth, performance and confidence across your team, with a strong focus on practical application and real results.
Bespoke training can include topics such as leadership, high-performing teams, and retail, and is adapted to your team’s experience, goals and challenges. Sessions are interactive, motivating and results-driven, ensuring your team leaves with clarity, confidence and actionable strategies they can implement immediately.

THE AJS COLOUR METHOD
A consultation method to completely transform your approach to colour. The method includes analysing depth and skin tone to help you make your consultation and communication all about the client in front of you.
Then in turn, how to deliver a bespoke colour to every single client. This in turn brings more excitement to colour and huge improvement with the retention of colour clients.

Duration: Full day in person
PUSH YOUR BOUNDARIES
A day with the creative genius, and AJS Creative Director, Troy. In this session Troy will challenge your team to think bigger and get more creative with their colour work. A former fellowship colour project member, L'Oreal ID artist as well and multi award winning colourist he has many accolades to his name.
Above all else though is Troy's ability to make creativity accessable and to remove the anxiety that surrounds it. Your team will feel inspired, motivated and equipped with skills to take their colour work further.
