Five Stylists, One Dream, and a Whole Lot of Talent

They Did It - And Then Some!

Earlier this year, we hosted our annual L’Oréal Colour Trophy photoshoot - an event designed to encourage creativity, bravery, and professional growth. At Anthony John Salons, we never limit how many team members can take part. Our goal is to inspire as many people as possible to step out of their comfort zones and take their skills to the next level.

It’s never just about winning. It’s about creating work we stand behind - work that reflects the unique style of each stylist and the shared values of our salon. If the judges love it, that’s a bonus. But the real reward lies in the growth, creativity, and confidence built throughout the process.

Meet the Finalists

This year, five of our talented team members stepped forward:

Troy, Eboni, Jeff, and Veronika - for the main L’Oréal Colour Trophy Award
Ben - for the highly competitive Star Award

We’re incredibly proud to say that all five are through to the finals on June 30th. Four of our stylists have secured spots in the regional finals - taking up a third of the total places!  And Ben is one of only 16 Star Award finalists, nationwide.

A Rare and Remarkable Achievement

The L’Oréal Colour Trophy is one of the most prestigious awards in the industry. Stylists and salons try year after year - sometimes for decades - to make it to the finals.

To do it once is an accomplishment.
To do it several years in a row is incredible.
But to have five finalists in one year? That’s something special.

This is what happens when passion meets purpose.
