Lockdown 2.0: Everything You Need To Know

Lockdown 2.0: Preparing To Re-Open At Anthony John Salons In Lichfield

...Ok so Lockdown take 2.

Following on from the latest Government announcement, we will be closed from 5th November until Wednesday 2nd December. Hopefully, we will be re-opening our salon doors on Thursday 3rd December.

If you had an appointment booked during the lockdown dates, you will be first on the list for a call when we reopen in December. Like last time, we will deal with bookings and rebookings as fairly as we can. We will make as many additional appointments as we can available the other side to get you looking fab for Christmas - no matter what Christmas might look like this year. Stay safe everyone and don’t worry - we’ve got you!

Keep watching our social as always for constant updates. Thank you once again from all of us for your ongoing support.

Until then, please refamilarise yourself with the saftety measures and protocols in place at the salon below.

Keeping You Safe

It goes without saying we are doing everything we possibly can to keep our guests and team as safe as possible during your visit so please bear with us during these challenging times.

We are fortunate to have a spacious salon with plenty of ventilation and we have also carried out an industrial deep clean.  We will also be disinfecting surfaces hourly and keeping our kit and equipment sanitised between guests.

When you arrive for your appointment we will kindly ask that you come alone (do not bring children or partners) and bring as few personal items with you as possible  We will invite you to use the hand sanitizer (we have sanitisers for every styling station) and to observe the 2 metre social distancing guidelines while you are with us.

Our team will all be wearing face visors as per the Government guidelines and we will have PPE available for guests.  It is not essential for guests to wear PPE such as masks, but we understand if you would feel more comfortable doing so.   If you use our PPE, we will add a small surcharge to your bill at the end of your service.

For the time-being we will not be able to provide magazines but you are welcome to use our WiFi and, of course, we always love a chat!  We will also provide you with a bottle of water as The Balcony is being used for appointments.

If you would like to purchase some hair care or styling products please ask your stylist for recommendations.  He or she will be happy to bring specific products over to you.  We will also be accepting payment via credit and debit cards to try and avoid cash transactions.

Booking Your Hair Appointment

If you had an appointment booked during lockdown 2.0, you are on our priority booking list and should already have received a call from one of our team to book you in.

Those of you who really want an appointment but did not have one booked should please contact us via our social media platforms where we have a waiting list.  We will book you in as soon as we can, but please bear with us.  Once everyone is booked in, we will re-open our phone lines.
