We’re bursting with pride at Anthony John Salons - and it’s all because of one exceptional team member: Jeff.

Over the past year, Jeff has been part of the Kerastase Care Coach Programme by @kerastase_proclub, a prestigious, year-long mentorship initiative designed to elevate the skills of stylists, salon managers, and owners. With 139 talented professionals participating this year, it was no small achievement to stand out.

What is the Kerastase Care Coach Programme?

This cutting-edge programme is built around three core pillars:

1. Salon Business and Customer Experience - led by myself
2. Product Knowledge - delivered by the fantastic @gemma_rob_pro and @kelli_brookes_pro of the Kerastase education team
3. Social Media and Digital Presence - taught by Viv from @thehairdresserssocialclub

Participants gain in-depth education and mentorship across these areas, with the aim of building stronger salons, deeper product understanding, and more confident online voices.

Jeff Wins the ''Social Inspiration'' Award

At the end of each year, a few standout participants are recognised for going above and beyond in each category. This year, Jeff was awarded the “Social Inspiration” award - a well-deserved recognition of his creativity and consistent effort in capturing and sharing content throughout the programme.

And no, I had no say in the winner, so this was truly based on Jeff's incredible work.

As both an educator on the programme and a salon owner who supported Jeff's enrolment, I’ve had the unique opportunity to witness his growth from both sides. He has pushed himself at every step, embracing each module with enthusiasm and soaking up knowledge like a pro.

Jeff has become our in-salon expert on all things Kerastase. His passion for the brand, his eagerness to learn, and his commitment to sharing that knowledge with the team and clients has made a huge impact.

He has also shown a real talent for creating engaging, authentic social media content that reflects his journey and love for the industry.
