Stylist Team Showcase: Meet Harriet

Hi, I'm Harriet! I started working in the the hair industry in 2015, working as a Saturday girl in a hair salon. When I left school in 2017, I went to collage for 2 years to do hairdressing and makeup while continuing to work in a salon. After college, I decided to go to university to study aesthetics and take a step back from hairdressing.

It wasn’t long after I started university that it became clear I was more passionate about hair than anything else. Unfortunately after leaving University - Covid hit. In between the lockdowns, I was working in a small salon but when everywhere opened back up in 2021, I took a job at Antony John Salons. I spent some time refining my skills with Tony and learning the 'Antony John way' before opening up my column in 2022.

I love every aspect of my job and I feel very lucky to spend my days at work creating beautiful hair and chatting with my lovely clients. I love doing any hair, but the more glamorous the better for me! You just can’t beat a bouncy blowdry to finish off your new hair.
