Tony Scoops ‘Business Director of the Year’ Award Nomination at BHBA Awards

Some very exciting news for AJS salons in Lichfield!

Our Salon Director, Tony, has been nominated as a FINALIST in the prestigious 'Business Director of The Year' category at 2023's British Hairdressing Business Awards. 

Tony says;

''WOW! What incredible news. I have made it to the shortlist for business director of the year at the British hairdressing business awards. To get this far I had to send in a portfolio of what I and we have been doing over the past two years.

Speak about my leadership approach, the culture and ethos of the salon, all of the training we do and the things I have been doing in the industry.''

''This together with statements from peers in the industry, clients and the team as well as showing business acumen has impressed them enough to say I’m in the top 6 in the UK.

Whilst I’m not normally one to hunt out external validation, I’ve decided it’s about time I shout about what I do more, hopefully so it can help other people in similar positions to me.''

''To be recognised to this extent feels bloody good, to get shortlisted for such a prestigious award when so much of what you do as a business owner doesn’t get seen, it shows that what we do and how we do it at AJS is spot on!''
