Troy Awarded Place On Fellowship ‘Project Colour’ Team

Huge well done to our Creative Director, Troy, who has been awarded a place on the Fellowship for British Hairdressing's PROJECT COLOUR 2024 team. 

As you know, developing our people is at the heart of what we do and this is another big step in Troy’s career! Troy’s job as Creative Director of the company means he has a big part to play helping lead on ensuring that everyone in the business, as well as himself, remains at the very top of what we do.

Pushing people out of their comfort zones, spotting new trends, teaching techniques to create those trends, organising photoshoots, entering awards and of course continuing to learn himself, this is all part of his role and more. It’s a BIG role in a salon like ours.

This is another stepping stone for him in this role and not only do I know he’ll thrive on the team but that he’ll also be bringing it all back to the salon, with his usual enthusiasm, to teach the rest of the team.

Well done Troy, as always, SO proud of you.
