We are so excited to have finally reopened our salon doors! Firstly, I want to say a massive thank you to our front of house team for their hard work in the run up to reopening. They literally couldn’t have done anymore than they have to get as many clients called and booked in  as possible. 

We have got a huge amount of our lists booked in and still have plenty of space. We have got through all of our membership card holders, and all of the lockdown appointments, those who have missed calls please don’t worry. We will try you again over the next day or two. 

We have also made a good start on the group 3 waiting list. We will continue calling this list for the next couple of days until everybody has been called and allocated an appointment. 

Please everyone be aware that even if you call over the next couple of days, we will not take bookings over the phone. We have switched the phone lines off to allow us to make the calls as quickly as possible. If you’re on the list, we will call you, there’s no way of bumping up the list! If you’re not on the list and you call we will simply add your name to the list and call you once we get to your name. 

We are a large team so still have availability, so there’s no need to panic. It’s the calls that take the time, the speed of getting hold of you won’t affect when your appointment is. We will push hard to get everyone rang and re rang if you’ve missed our call over the next couple of days. Then we can get back to bookings as usual. 

Thank you for your support as always through this lockdown and through this process of getting the salon going again. We can’t wait to welcome clients back through our doors and see all of you over this first month!
